Q: How much does a ceremony cost, and what is included?
A: Ceremony price is $400, this includes an additional half an hour, ceremony site, and 50 white garden folding chairs.
Q: Will I get a food tasting for my wedding?
A: Tastings are complimentary with all-inclusive packages after booking, we provide two complimentary entrees.
Q: Can I bring in my own DJ and or Photographer?
A: Yes, we will provide you a list of our preferred vendors however you may use whomever you like!
Q: Can I bring in my own caterer?
A: We are not able to permit the use of an outside caterer.
Q: How many Banquet Rooms do you have and what are their capacities?
A: We have 4 different Banquet Rooms varying in capacity from 20 guests-300 guests.
Q: How early can I have access to the room for my Wedding?
A: There is a guaranteed access time of 2 hours in advance.
Q: Can we bring in our own decorations?
A: Yes, you can bring in your own decorations as long as nothing is affixed to the ceilings, walls, floors etc. We will set up the majority of your decorations for you!
Q: Do you have centerpieces in house?
A: We do have two types of centerpieces that you can use for your event.
Q: Can we bring in our own linens?
A: Linens have to be rented through Villa Olivia.
Q: Will I get a cake tasting for my wedding?
A: There is a complimentary cake tasting with all-inclusive packages after booking.
Q: Can we have a live band at our event?
A: DJ’s and Live Bands are both welcome!
Q: Does the Chef accommodate vegetarians and food allergies?
A: Our chef does prepare vegetarian meals, vegan meals, gluten free meals etc with proper notice.
Q: Can we have a photo booth at our event?
A: Yes you may.
Q: Is there discounted pricing for Friday and Sunday?
A: Yes, you will see the price already discounted on the wedding package.
